Slow Driver............? I'm only 16 and very cautious so I sometimes go as much as 10 mph lower than the speed limit (depending on the street). Apparentely everybody hates slow drivers and think all of them are righteous jerks. I don't drive slow to regulate your speed or bother you, I do it because that's the speed at which I feel safe and if I got in one wreck or got a ticket, I would be in BIG trouble. I won't drive in the left lane unless I have a left turn approaching, I follow the rules. I try to go at the speed of the rest of the traffic and don't ever get more than one tailgaiter behind me. Why can't people be more accepting of and patient with others. I'm considerate, I won't cut you off and if there's a red light in front of me, I'll stop short to let you turn. I don't mind if you pass me. What is the deal?

If you are unable to drive down a town or city street at the legal speed limit you should really be revisiting your decision to drive at all.

Can I have a permit in one state then move to another and take the new states driving test right away? I'm 17 and had my permit for way over 6 months in oklahoma which means that i can take my drivers test. But what if im moving to Nevada and decide that i rather take my driving test in Nevada than oklahoma? Would they allow it? Because I know i can just take my license test in oklahoma then have it changed in Nevada but why waste the money or time if im only staying in oklahoma for a few weeks before i move. I'd suck if i had to retake a permit in nevada when i already had one in oklahoma for 10 months and possibly have to have it for another 6 months in nevada. Hope im making myself clear as possible. You can replace the passenger air bag yourself safely with a little mechanical knowledge.

Step by Step :

Pop open your Honda's hood and disconnect the negative cable from the battery. This will prevent the new air bag from accidentally deploying during installation.

Locate your fuse panel under the dash on the driver's side. Open it and look at the diagram to locate the slot with the air bag fuse. Pull the air bag fuse out to deactivate the air bags for safety during replacement.

Open your glove box and unhook each strap inside to remove the glove box door. Use the screwdriver to unscrew and remove the glove box itself. This will give you access to the passenger side air bag inside the dash.

Unscrew the old air bag and pull it out until you see the wires behind it. Unplug the air bag from the vehicle's wiring harness to remove it. Plug the new air bag's wires into the harness. Screw it in place. Slide the glove box back into the dash and screw it in securely. Reattach the straps for the glove box door and close it.

Replace the air bag fuse in the fuse panel again. Reconnect the negative battery cable to the battery.
Tips & Warnings
After replacing the air bags in a vehicle, the computer system needs to be reset. This should be done by a dealership or a mechanic with diagnostic tools for the vehicle's computer.

If the computer system isn't reset after air bag replacement, the air bags may not deploy correctly, or at all, in another collision.

Disengaging the airbags is a fairly easy procedure, but make sure you follow the steps properly to prevent injury.

Step by Step :

Pop up the hood of the S-10 and remove the battery cables from the battery terminal, using the socket wrench set. Wait 30 minutes for the residual charge to drain.

Consult your vehicle owner's manual to find the fuse location for the airbags. Once found, open the fuse panel cover, which is located on the driver's side dashboard. Use the fuse puller to remove the appropriate fuses.

Look on the back of the steering wheel and find two screws that hold the airbag in place. Remove the screws with a screwdriver. Make sure to keep your face and body away from airbag as you do this.

Remove the airbag carefully from the middle of the steering wheel and cut the wires with wire cutters.

Store the airbag in a safe location away from kids and pets.

Open the glove box and remove the straps that hold it open. Unscrew the glove box and pull it out of the dashboard. Carefully unbolt the airbag with the socket wrench. Unhook the power cable on the back of the airbag. Keep your body away from the airbag. Remove the airbag from the compartment.

Put the glove box back, screw it in and reattach the straps. Close the glove box.

Put the airbag fuses back in the fuse panel and close the fuse panel cover. Reconnect the battery cables.
